چکیده
Terdapat 27 satuan percobaan meliputi 8 taraf 1 kontrol 3 ulangan. Jenis II NA 4, 13 III KB berbeda nyata jenis 1, 14, 5, SPA namun tidak parameter potensi tumbuh maksimum (PTM), daya berkecambah (DB) keserempakan (KST), hal dikarena setiap memiliki peranan berbeda-beda, walaupun rizokbakteri digunakan terlalu berperan tanaman, akan tetapi tersebut masih berpotensi bioprotektan.Potential of Various Genus / Species Rhizobacteria as PGPR in Increasing the Viability and Vigor Arachis hypogea LAbstract. Utilization rhizobacterial microorganisms or known to improve seed quality through treatment that is integrated with microorganisms. This study aims determine effect using p1ant on viabi1ity vigor peanut seeds. research was conducted at Seed Science Technology Laboratory Agrotechno1ogy Study Program, Facu1ty Agricu1ture, Kua1a University, Darussa1am from January March used a comp1etely randomized design (CRD) non-factorial pattern. The factors studied were levels control rep1ications so there experimenta1 units. types significantly different use but not terms maximum potential germination capacity simultaneity this because each type has role, even though very acts promoter, these still have be bioprotectants.

Plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR): a review
Soil microbial communities are often difficult to characterize, mainly because of their immense phenotypic and genotypic diversity. In the last ten years, a number of PGPR that have been identified has seen a great boost, mainly because the role of the rhizosphere as an ecological unit has gained importance in the functioning of the biosphere and also because mechanisms of action of PGPR have b...

Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are the rhizosphere bacteria that can enhance plant growth by a wide variety of mechanisms like phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, biological nitrogen fixation, rhizosphere engineering, production of 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate deaminase (ACC), quorum sensing (QS) signal interference and inhibition of biofilm formation, phytohormo...

The effect of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) on seed germination, seedling growth and yield of field grown maize were evaluated in three experiments. In these experiments six bacterial strains include P.putida strain R-168, P.fluorescens strain R-93, P.fluorescens DSM 50090, P.putida DSM291, A.lipoferum DSM 1691, A.brasilense DSM 1690 were used. Results of first study showed seed I...

Heterodera glycines, the soybean cyst nematode, is the most economically important plant-parasitic nematode on soybean production in the U.S. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the potential of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) strains for mortality of H. glycines J2 in vitro and for reducing nematode population density on soybean in greenhouse, microplot, and field trials....
متن کامل1 Ecology , Genetic Diversity and Screening Strategies of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria ( PGPR )
TheGerman agronomist Hiltner first defined the rhizosphere, in 1904, as the effect of the roots of legumes on the surrounding soil, in terms of higher microbial activity because of the organic matter released by the roots. Until the end of the twentieth century, this effect was not considered to be an ecosystem. It is interesting to make some brief observations about the size, in terms of e...
